These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of sheet music for “Wild Symphony” (“Work”) composed by Dan Brown and licensed by DGB Music (“Licensor”). By purchasing the musical scores and parts, you (“Purchaser”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Purchase and Use
1.1. Upon purchasing the sheet music of “Wild Symphony,” the Purchaser is granted the right to use the sheet music for performance and personal study.
2. Performance Reporting
2.1. Any public performance of “Wild Symphony” utilizing the purchased sheet music must be reported to the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP).
3. Restrictions
3.1. The Purchaser shall not claim authorship of the Work in any way, directly or by implication, or collaboration credit in any form. 3.2. The Purchaser may not transfer, rent, sub-lease, or assign the Work. The Purchaser shall not copy or duplicate the Work for any purpose other than those expressly provided. 3.4. The Purchaser shall not resell, trade, or exploit the sheet music for profit or otherwise, whether as part of a production or as a stand-alone item. 3.5. The Purchaser shall not allow any third party to use the Work in any way. 3.6. The Purchaser shall not make any changes to the Work. 3.7. All other forms of media, including but not limited to imagery, words, costumes, audio recordings, video recordings, digital content, graphics, animations, and any other materials, whether associated with the Work or not, are strictly prohibited from inclusion in live performances of the Work without the express written consent of DGB Music.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the Work and components thereof. 4.2. All rights not specifically granted are reserved to DGB Music.
5. Applicable Law
5.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the county of Rockingham, New Hampshire.
